Background
Joy joined CHIN in 2024, bringing a diverse background in digital marketing and translation. Prior to this, she worked as a digital marketing officer and content specialist for three years, collaborating with clients from the FMCG industry and government agencies.
After gaining a professional accounting degree, which sparked her interest in budget management, and as a previously certified NAATI translator, Joy transitioned into her role as a translation project administrator at CHIN. In this capacity, she manages projects for ANZ and individual clients, ensuring high-quality translation services.
In her spare time, Joy enjoys creative writing, handcrafting, and travelling.
